The events in Ferguson last fall really jolted a lot of people. What saddened me the most was the division that occurred at a time that we needed unity.
I made a comment on my personal Facebook wall last night about wishing for peace for the entire community (citizens and officers) when I got a response from my college track coach. His son is in a band and he shared a link of a song they dedicated to Ferguson and New York, and he said it spoke of the same peace that I was wishing for.
